Anita Nouri is a visionary entrepreneur and a prominent figure in the field of sustainability, renowned for her pioneering work in environmental stewardship and waste management with over two decades of experience driving innovative environmental solutions in the Middle East.

Previously leading a Dubai-based waste management company, she championed practical, impactful approaches to environmental stewardship. With GGPC, Anita is focused on bringing disruptive, proven sustainability technologies to the GCC and Middle East adapting them to local needs and challenges, and making GGPC the trusted partner for organizations seeking responsible, future-focused growth.

Flagship project · Al Qusais 2012–2022

From GESS to GGPC.

The Al Qusais Landfill Gas-to-Energy project in Dubai developed by Green Energy Solutions & Sustainability was the first landfill gas-to-energy project in the GCC. Proven, not theoretical.

Over more than a decade of continuous operation it captured methane, generated renewable baseload power supplied directly to Dubai Municipality, and produced verified carbon credits. Its success led to the founding of GGPC, a boutique consultancy combining strategic advisory with hands-on delivery: design, engineer, build, operate, optimise and commercialise landfill gas systems across the GCC.
